MAIN SWICHBOARD FOR PARRALLELING AND SYNCHRONISING OF DIESEL GENERATORS.

We have manufactured Main Switchboards (MSB) for various types of vessels under various classification society. We have manufactured MSB for UMS class vessels with ACCU, DP-2 notation. We use class approved switchgears, protection relays, meters, power supplies, control transformers, power management relays and cables. The BUSBAR used are in compliance with JIS, DIN, BS & ASTM standards. Marine approved cables of international quality are used. The 3D cad design modelling is carried out and offered for client review and feedback prior to production. The contruction of MSB is as per Marine standards using quality CRC IS 2062 steel sheets. The Powder coating is done as per IS 13871 standards. Below is the list of vessels we have designed, manufactured, and supplied Main Switchboards. 

DISTRIBUTION BOARDS.

We design and manufacture Distribution Boards of different types of AC/DC supplies and current capacities. We can incorporate logical features e.g., interlocks, auto change overs, trips, and protections as per requirements. We can manufacture up to IP 67 protection.

MARINE TRANSFORMERS.

We manufacture single phase and three phase transformers upto 200 KVA. The voltage range is up to 1000V. We provide copper encapsulated and vacuum pressure impregnated windings. The insulation can be class F &H. We can meet various impedance requirements. Multi voltage tapping transformer is also manufactured by us. We can provide various categories of IP and NEMA rating enclosures. We carry out the Impedance measurement, induced over voltage test, heat run test, megger & hv.

MARINE ENGINE ORDER TELEGRAF.

Master - Slave configuration between Bridge & Engine room. Designed as per marine classifications rules & regulations. Uses RS-485 protocol communication between master and slave. 

NAVIGATION LIGHT PANEL.

Navigation light panel is provided provision for having main and standby power supply. It can be designed for AC/DC supply. It can be designed for single and double tier navigation light fitting or mixed configuration. It confirms to all relevant statutory and class requirements. The facia can be console or bulkhead mounted and is arranged in mimic layout depicting a ship. It has audio visual alarms for individual light fittings along with lamp and buzzer test function and dimmer.

ALARM MONITORING SYSTEM.

The alarm & monitoring system (AMS) is a plc and scada based system.
